Recipe
- Add milk to a bowl
- Add 15 grams (approx 1 tablespoon) of protein powder to 1 cup of milk
- Stir until the protein powder is dissolved. Ideally, the protein powder should be entirely dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cereal
