Does not matter which type of milk, cereal, or protein powder you use. However, I included some videos about how to choose good ingredients.

Sample Protein Powder and Cereal Pairings

Protein PowderCereal
Vega Protein & Greens – Plant-Based Protein Powder (Chocolate)Generic chocolate cereal (e.g., cocoa pebbles or Kashi)
Vega Protein & Greens – Plant-Based Protein Powder (Vanilla) Non-chocolate cereals (e.g., Mini Wheats and rice krispies)


  1. Add milk to a bowl
  2. Add 15 grams (approx 1 tablespoon) of protein powder to 1 cup of milk
  3. Stir until the protein powder is dissolved. Ideally, the protein powder should be entirely dissolved.
  4. Add 1 cup of cereal
