- 7.5 cups water
- 6.5 tablespoon miso paste
- 14 ounce of package silken tofu, diced
- 3 ½ green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 ⅔ cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- How ever much salt you want
- Note: this recipe has a ton of sodium naturally
Recipe
- 7.5 cups of water to a large pot on medium heat
- Add tofu and cover pot
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Add spinach and green onion, and sir in the miso paste
- Cook for 3 minutes
